Delivery & returns

Delivery

You're always a priority to us. We aim to process your order within 24hrs of receiving it, if you order before 9pm, Monday — Thursdays.  

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or bank holiday will be processed within 48hrs.

We offer the following delivery options:

Free UK Delivery, 2-5 working days (£0)

UK next working day, 24 hours tracked (£4.55)

Europe standard, 3-5 working days (from £2.97)  

Rest of the world, 6-7 working days (from £3.86)

Returns

We accept returns within the first 28 days of receiving your order.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please email nassurelskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a member of our team would be in touch with your return instructions.

 

Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 28 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
